The Origin

Juncalito sits in the highlands of the Dominican Republic, a region defined by altitude and consistent rainfall. It is here, above 1000 meters, that the conditions align perfectly for coffee that is naturally sweet, complex, and unmistakably Dominican.
The families who tend these farms have been doing so for generations. They understand that the quality of the cup starts long before the roaster — it starts in the care given to every tree, every branch, every harvest.

Only ripe cherries are selected by hand at peak maturity in the highlands of Juncalito.

Beans are dried under the Dominican sun, developing natural sweetness and complexity.
